Monday:
Footwork 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Women's Foil
This is an advanced youth tactical, women's only class and is taught by Jeremy Goun and Tom Ciccarone. It is fenced electrically and is geared to competitive fencers.

Elite Sabre Class- Anvanced students-aged 14 -18     6:00pm-8:00 pm  
 
Footwork level 8 

This Class is taught by Dennis Kolakowski and Tom Ciccarone and is an advanced sabre class that offers footwork and bladework as well as time for open fencing.

Tuesday:

Foil Tactical Class 5:00-6:00 Ages 10-16 yrs
This is an advanced youth tactical class and is taught by Jeremy Goun and Tom Ciccarone. It is fenced electrically and is geared to competitive fencers.

Sabre Intermediate Class 6:00pm - 7:00pm
This is an intermediate youth tactical class and is taught by Dennis Kolakowski.

Footwork
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
 (free class for CFC members)
This footwork class is led by Jeremy Goun and Dennis Kolakowski.

Wednesday:

Intermediate Epee Class - 5:00pm - 6:00pm
This is an intermediate youth tactical class and is taught by Tom Ciccarone.

Beginner Sabre Class-Novice to intermediate All ages 6:00 pm-7:00 pm  
This class is taught by  Dennis Kolakowski and Tom Ciccarone and is a novice to intermediate level class and can be used as a stepping stone to competitive fencing. The class is followed with 1 hour of open fencing. This class is suitable for youth fencers as well as adults.

Footwork 7:00- 7:30pm   Footwork level 6 
This class is taught by Dennis Kolakowski and Tom Ciccarone and is applicable to all weapons

Intro to Foil Class-Novice to Intermediate 7:00 pm-8:00 pm

This class is taught by
  Dennis Kolakowski and Tom Ciccarone and is a novice to intermediate level class and can be used as a stepping stone to competitive fencing. The class is followed with 1 hour of open fencing. This class is suitable for youth fencers as well as adults.

Parents of Fencers Foil Class-Adult Novice to Intermediate 7:00 pm-8:00 pm 
This class is taught by Dennis Kolakowski and Tom Ciccarone and is a novice to intermediate level class and can be used as a stepping stone to competitive fencing. The class is followed with 1 hour of open fencing. This class is suitable for adult fencers who want an enjoyable workout while learning this fascinating sort.

Thursday:

Sabre Intermediate Class 6:00pm - 7:00pm
This is an intermediate - advanced youth tactical class and is taught by Dennis Kolakowski.

Round Robin Fencing for Kids 5:00-7:00
This a time for youth 10, 12, and 14 fencers to fence electrically.

Footwork 7:00-7:30 (free class for CFC members) 
This footwork class is led by Jeremy Goun and Dennis Kolakowski.

Friday:

Beginner Epee Class Novice to Intermediate all ages 7:30 pm-8:30 
This Class is taught by Tom Ciccarone and is a Novice to intermediate level class and can be used as a stepping stone to competitive fencing

Saturday:

Little Musketeers Class - 9:00 - 10:00pm
This class is taught by Dennis Kolakowski and is designed for 5-7 year old kids.
The class revolves around fencing games and uses special ultra light soft weapons and masks.  All equipment is supplied.

Beginner Pee Wee Foil Class 10:30 a m - 12:00 noon
This Class is taught by Tom Ciccarone and Jeremy Goun and is a novice to to intermediate class. Ages 8-12

Intermediate Pee Wee Foil Class 10:30 am - 12:00 noon
This Class is taught by Jeremy Goun and Tom Ciccarone and is a novice to to intermediate class. Ages 8-12.
This class is taught electrically.

Footwork 10:30-11:00 
This Class is led by Tom Ciccarone and Jeremy Goun and is applicable to all weapons.

Youth Sabre Class 12;00-1:30 This is a competitive sabre class to be used as a stepping stone to competitive fencing and is led by Dennis Kolakowski. Ages 10-16

Youth Epee Class 12:00 - 1:00 This Class is taught by Tom Ciccarone and is a novice to to intermediate class. Ages 10-14

Footwork 12:00 
This Class is led by Dennis Kolakowski or Tom Ciccarone and is applicable to all weapons.

Advanced Competitive Sabre Round Robin 12:00-2pm 
(free to all members)

JUNIOR ELITE CLASSES
The following classes are by application only.  Please check with your coach to see if you are eligible.
(There is a $30 fee for this class / $15 for half class)

Epee Tactical 1:00-2:00 pm
This class is taught by Tom Ciccarone and is an advanced level tactical class.

Advanced FootWork 2:00-3:00pm This Class is led by Andrew Hsieh and other instructors and is a Level 9-10 class

Foil Youth Tactical 3:00-4:00
This class is taught by Tom Ciccarone and is an advanced level tactical class.

Advanced Footwork/ tactical discussions/ sports psychology workshops-Dates to be announced.
  

OPEN FENCING ALWAYS-8 GROUNDED STRIPS

 

The regular class format is:

1/2 hour footwork 

1/2 hour blade work

1 hour controlled bouting

Open fencing - no limit

The footwork segment of each group class is open to all CFC members at no charge.

Private Lessons:

  • $40.00 per lesson
  • Lessons must be scheduled

    NOTE

    All lesson bookings, changes, cancellations etc must be done directly with the coach.  Please do not leave messages on the CFC answering machine or on the center email.

Private Lesson Guidelines:

  1. Must be scheduled and paid for in advance by the month
  2. May be affected by weather
  3. Will be made up in the event of coach cancellation
  4. May be shortened due to student tardiness in the event of tight scheduling
  5. If paid for by the full quarter there will be a 1 week discount
  6. Are due in the event of student no show for any reason
  7. Student must be a member of CFC
  8. Student must be a member of USFA

Please do not frivolously book lessons. Consult your calendar and plan accordingly. There is no proviso or refund for emergency cancellation.
